Hi Juan Antonio,

I had just really enjoy te second video that you put because the reflections are really good for think about them.

The most I liked was the one that said:

-BETTER THAN A THOUSAND WORDS,
IS ONE WORD THAT BRINGS PEACE-

I think it is true, really. If you do LOT of actions (e.g), you only can change the world a bit, but if you do a GOOD action you can change the word a bit more.

I think that my form to change the world to a better place is to make good actions (of that form I am resolving you a question that you did last week). If you do one good action, well... is not a lot but, at least, is somethig. But when the person that you helped bafore do another good act, and the person that was helped by the person that you helped do another good action, it forms a very long link of good actions that can make a better world. Ans all I want to say is that, people who read my comentary at all, please, keep doing good things and make a really good world. =)

Thank you, Juan Antonio, for that great videos and I am waiting for more.

Hello :)

Well, I've learned a bit more about Buddhism with those few videos. The sentences in the second video let us to think about their meaning.

I like most of them, but there is one that I think is very impotant:

'THREE THINGS CANNOT BE HIDDEN: THE SUN, THE MOON AND THE TRUTH'

This sentence is very meaningful because, althowugh we try not to lie, we cannot. With this sentence, we should think about it and we have to remember that if we lie, the truth will always appear.

I've learned a lot with this sentence that Buddha said, and I want everyone to know about it.

Thank you, that's my opinion ;)

Goodnight to everyone,
I have watched the three videos and the photos of Buddhism, and for me is a very good religion, It is so interesting.
In the first video I learn that this religion is non-theistic, no like the others that we have study. And that is the fourth most popular religion, I was surprising, because It's also for India. There, there is one religion with alot of Gods (Hinduism) and another without Gods (Buddhism) living together without problems, It's increible.
In the second video I learn somme important phrases for them, but the one I prefer is: "With our thoughts, we make the world".
It means that the world's most important things are the ideas that people thought, they support the world.
In the last video I watched the Bod Gaya, a temple that is for buddhist the same that the Meca for muslim a place to pilgrimage. Here there is one tree in wich Siddhartha Gautama reach the lighting.

Hello!,
I watch all the videos and I understand the buddish religion.
In my opinion, the Buddha's thoughts's video is the best; all the phrases have an important meaning in our life, and each one can interpreted the meaning of their.
Also the Bodh Gaya temple's video is very interesting and curios because it explain that the tree where is in the temple, is where Budda find the lightened.
If I were to change I would make Buddhist religion
The phrase that I like more is :
...WE ARE WHAT WE THINK...
Because that is a phrase that everyone can interprete in a different way, for example: If you think that you're a friendly person, YOU ARE GOING TO BE THAT, because you insist to be that, it is a phrase a bit psychological.
And, the question that I choose to ansew is:
*What are their basic teachings?
There are four:
-The truth of suffering (dukkha)
-The truth of cause of suffering (samudaya)
-The truth of the end of suffering (nirhodha)
-The truth of the Path that frees us from suffering (magga)
And... THAT'S MY OPINION...
See you!

Y saw your videos;and my favourite video is the first,(What is Buddism)
With this video we can learn that Buddism is about the teachings of Siddharta Gautama (Buhda);who lived 25 centuries ago.Budha is the Enlightened or in the Sanscrit the Awakened.
Buddism is the fourth religion of the world;
it has four truths:

In the second video the phrase that i have chosen is:
DO NOT DWELL IN THE PAST.
because this phrase is the one that caught my attention and I give this meaning:if you have lived an unpleasant moment or bad in your life do not worry about it because it has already happened and though you worry can not be solve because the best thing is to focus on the present, what you're doing and enjoy it the maximum.

Hi!
I´ve learned many things about buddhism with all those videos, which are very interesting and it´s also easy to understand what they say.
My favourite video is the first one, becouse it teaches us the meaning of buddhism and it also speaks about the enlightened which is the main goal of this religon.
I also like the second one, that shows us some of the main buddhism believes, but I think that the most important sentence is "Concentrate the mind on the present".

I have chosen the sentence:We are what we think.
I chose this because this is a sentence that can be aplied into every life of every person becaude we usually think that we are what we do and what we don´t do.I almost think we are what we do too and I have learned with this video a very importan thing

Hi,
What is the Buddhism? We normally think the religions are to believe in Gods, or rather, in believing in any of his divine declarations; nevertheless, the Buddhism does not speak about any God.
The Buddhism is a philosophy , a particular vision of the world, with rules of ethical behaviour ; it can also be a psychotherapy, a way of understanding us and of confronting the quandaries that the life raises us. In certain way the Buddhism includes all this and at the same time it includes much more.
With these videos I have learnt the main ideas and traditions of Buddhism. For example, I found really interesting the life of Shiddartha Gautama, who discovered the most important truth in the life.
In the second video I found really curious the sentence "There are three things in the life that cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon and the truth" because the truth has only one way.

Helloooo Juan Antonio!!!!!!!!!
I think that the two most important sentences are: the one that says "concentrate the mind on the present", because if we are doing something and we are thinking inthe past or in the future we are never do well that action in the present; and the other sentence says "we are what we think", because our thoughts can describe our personality, for example, someone who thinks that kill people is a good action, is someone who probably is an assassin.
Than you for the other videos too, they are so interesting.
Good bye!!!!

Hello Juan Antonio.

I think all these videos taught me many things news, that I didn't know before see them, I think the videos thet you puted on your blog, are a very good summery to study before the exam, above everything the first one because it summarize what we are studing at school.

I think, for me, the most important sentences at the second video are:
-We are what we think, because if you think you can do something and you wont to do it, nothing is going to stop you until you do what you proposed.
-And the other is, whith your thought we make the word, because is an important thing, but not only we have to thing them, we have to say to the rest, because if you are quiet enybody is going to hear you, if you have a problem, you have to say it to the rest, if you not, the problem will be biger.

And I am going to add a new one, if you leave me, is better do one thing, but good; before to do two but bad.

Goodbye!

Hello,
I think that the most imortant is PEACE COMES FROM WITHIN. DO NOT SEEK IT FROM WITHOUT, this sentence is one I like because it shows the most important concepts in Buddhism, as it refers to what is more imortant is you. And that peace is find only if you relax and concentrate in what are you doing. Hindo people are concentratinv in what are they doing for do their best.

Hi, Juan Antonio.

I have learned about this non-theistic religion.
I knew before something about Buddhism, like the Buddha or the symbol of the wheel of life but I didn´t know about the four Noble Truths or that they say that life is suffering.
Other thing that I have liked is the Bodh Gaya, the temple where Buddha got enlightened unther the "father" of this tree in the video.

Now i´m going to talk about one of the sentences of the second video:
- Do not dwell on the past, do not dream on the future-

I thing that this sentence has a lot of meaning because it´s better concentrate the present moment that in the things that you can´t change of the past or the things that you aren´t going to be able to control of the future.

Good bye.....

I have seen all the videos but the video that I most liked is the second one because the sentences shows very important things in ours lifes.
The better sentence for my is "we are what we think". This clause mains that the way you think about the important things: peace, love, relationship, friendship, commitment and so on, make you be like you are.

Hi Juan Antonio,
I think that the most interesting phrase is the third of the secind video, it says "Concentrate the mind on the present moment" and i think that this want to say that we have to think on the moment that we are living now, no on the moments that we have lived or in the moments that we are going to live .

Hello Juan Antonio,

I have seen all the videos. One more time,I learnt something new about Buddhism.

The phrase wich I like more it is " do not dwell in the past and do not dream on the future".

Because we always do it. And then we wake up in the old age. When we lack little to end our lives and the time is running out. It is an experience wicha I do not to pass.

Because life is our prestigious gift we can receive. And we have to get the most out.

And this is my opinion.
Thank you

"do not dwell in the past", "do not dream in the future", "concentrate the mind on the present moment". I think these three phrases are connected. They are all truth because I think if you concentrate in the moment you will do better in the things you do, the past is the past and you can´t change it, but you can improve things in the present to achieve your goals.

The best video, or the video that I like the most is the second one, because it teaches us the buddhist reflexions, which are very important to understand this religion. Between the phrases that the video said, I think that the best are: that only with our mind, we can change the world and it transmits us that if someone concentrates a lot, and fight for they want, they can be whatever they want, the base is in our mind. And, the video also says that don't think in the past or dream in the future, NO! we must live the present, and don't think in another times, we just only have to live. And to advantage what we have. And also, the video teaches us, that Buddhist are always looking for the peace, the peace is a really important concept for them, because if they are in peace with the world, they achieve the total harmony.
